August 23, 2008: MCM Direct Update
A major update for MCM Direct users is planned for the fall. Improvements to patient registration, creating cases and ERA handling are a few of the expected enhancements.
February 26, 2008: MCM Direct Operational
MCM Direct is fully operational and working as planned. Early customer satisfaction levels are high and the benefits are being realized. In March, MCM will begin a campaign encouraging existing customers to move onto the improved business model. This campaign will coincide with marketing efforts to bring MCM experience and services to new customers.
