Medical Claims Management was founded in Boston Massachusetts in
March 1993. The goal from the beginning was to assist healthcare providers
achieve maximum realization of their activity by managing their billing &
collection process. That goal was met by examining the specific needs of
each individual customer and tailoring an efficient cost effective billing
process using the latest technology. Managing the reimbursement process over
time has given us valuable experience allowing us to make continuing
improvements along the way.
In creating Medical Claims Management, extensive information was gathered
from physicians, medical facilities, billing professionals, insurance
companies and healthcare regulators to gain insight into the technically
complex and ever-changing reimbursement procedures that often cause medical
providers to lose revenue. During our research we discovered that many
providers were not collecting what they should because they relied on
outdated billing systems, inefficient work procedures, and insufficiently
trained employees. We reviewed numerous practice management software
products, electronic exchange vendors, computer systems and other technology
options prior to choosing the most effective tools for the job. Finally we
designed a comprehensive billing process to meet our goal of maximizing
reimbursement. Last but not least we employed knowledgeable professionals to
manage each account with care and dedication.
Medical Claims Management strives to be reliable, productive, and cost

satisfaction and continuously look for ways to improve. We are independently owned and operated and not
influenced by those focused primarily on making a profit. We are a
